Dr. Fat
A blog reader recently made me a Wordle from Whole Health Source. A Wordle is a graphical representation of a text, where the size of each word represents how often it appears. Click on the image for a larger version.

That is what Dr Annika Dahlqvist is sometimes called in Sweden: "fettdoktorn". She pioneered low carb diet treatment of diabetes in Sweden.

You can't save to .jpg but you can take a screenshot of what you create and use that. You can play with colors, fonts, etc.
If you add TRIAL and TRIALS you may get Dr Fat Trials
"Dr. Fat" sounds like a description of a doctor!
